If by saying "mostly I get on time My periods" you mean every 28 days (you didn't say how long your cycle was), then if your previous period started 15 Dec, it is likely you were expecting your next period to start 12 Jan. That being so, 3 Jan was not likely to have been a fertile day. You took the ipill within 5 hours, and actually had bleeding the day after your period would have been expected. However, having taken the ipill, your subsequent periods may not come at the usually expected time. They may come earlier or later, or you may even miss one. This is one of the possible side effects of EC.

If you had sex 2-3 days after you took the ipill, you would not necessarily be protected from that ipill. EC is only reckoned to be effective if taken after sex. But you need to give more information.
- What date did your last 6 periods start?
- What date did you expect your next period to start?
- What date(s) did you have sex after 14th Feb?
- How old are you?
- Was 14th Feb your first-time sex? If not, when was the previous time?

Hi patient007. You have only answered 2 of my questions. There are 3 unanswered.
- What date did she take the i-pill
- What were the start dates of her previous 6 periods?
- What is her normal cycle length?
But having taken the i-pill. her periods may become unpredictable.
