Hello, I recently had a 3 level ACDF(C4-C7) Feb/09, I still have problems with headaches, burning pain, tingling, numbness in my arms down to my hands, I still have foraminal narrowing from C4-C7 and C3/4 is herniated with indentation of the thecal sac and mild flattening of the spinal cord, MRI showed neural foraminal stenosis, multi-level spondylosis, my surgeon is sending me for nerve conductivity tests and EMG, he stated he can do the posterior foraminotomy, does this help with pain and numbness and does he fix the C3/4 herniation at the same time? Thanking all those in advance for any info on this procedure.
