Have I been miscalculating my ovulation time?

Hi it's me again, I'm just a little confused %-) . My cycle arrives every 28 to 29 days even after my left tube was removed cycle is still normal. Will I still ovulate ones every month with one tube or will it be every other month being that I only have one tube? My menstral is every 28 to 29 days and my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since my surgery. No luck 8-| So exactly when do I ovulate and do you start your 14 day count the first day of your menstral or after it has gone off and then start to count 14 days? may be I'm not calculating my ovulation time right and then I end up missing my ovulation time. Please reply.

Thank you for answering my question, I never knew that there was something that could help unclog your tubes. Thanks :-D I learn something new everyday. Im not going to get my hopes up but I will look into that information you gave me .
