The head of my penis will not come out without alot of pain and I have sores just below the head ( all the way around ). My wife tries to arouse me but in a very short time I am very sore on the penis head and at times I get a small bump on the head that is VERY sore to the touch. This has been going on for a long time. I was recircumcised 3 years ago ( I am 46 ).
