Help! I am lop-sided. I get headaches all the time, but not like most people, on top of the head or everywhere, but my headaches are on one side of the head only. It is normally the left side that is attacked by my headaches, but occasionally I get a headache on the right side of my head as well. What is this? What can I do to stop it?

Do you have a burning, stinging kind of pain when you are experiencing your headache? Is one eye affected by the headache, and do you feel swollen and uncomfortable as the headache goes on? And do your headaches come one after the other for a while, only to disappear for weeks on end? If so, you are probably having cluster headaches. They are not all that uncommon, though they are very unpleasant.
