For the past week and a bit I have been spotting on and off, have had horrible migraine headaches that make me feel so dizzy. I have completely lost my appetite but my stomache feels like its eating itself. I try to make myself eat but I just have no will to eat. I've lost 3 pounds in two days because I can't eat. A lot of nights I get really bloated and have severe lower ab pain but its not gas pain. I only sleep roughly 4 hours a night, I just can't make myself sleep. I was thinking it could be stress or lack of sleep, but I should get my period anytime now and have been spotting instead so I did a pregnancy test and it came back negative. I don't know what is going on with my body.

Hi there,
Greetings from Australia.
- Do you have any symptoms of fever which is associated to your current condition? (Yes/No)
- Do you vomit every time you try to eat or drink anything? (Yes/No)
- Please do this for me, lay down on your back then ask a friend, family members or relative to use 4 fingers and press down on the inner right side (just below your waist) and then let go. If you feel an excruciating pain after he or she does that, then you REALLY NEED to go to the hospital (A&E) immediately!!
You may be suffering from "Appendicitis". If your Appendicitis ruptures, it might be too late. IT COULD BE FATAL. Trust me, I did experience it once in 1998. I went to the hospital Only to be informed that I was "Suffering" from Bloatedness, the doctor gave me some pain killers and an injection to ease the pain off, BUT it didn't. The pain just got worse. So I went to the A&E again in the morning, that action saved my life. I was latter informed that my "Appendicitis" had started to rupture. After the surgery the doc. told me that if I were to come 1 day later, they(doctors) might not be able to save me.
So please do be aware of this. There's no harm doing it.

avaniwater that was a very informative post. Do you happen to have any other symptoms of appendicitis that we need to be aware of? I am curious because I know that my family is prone to it and I think I'm the only one who doesn't happen to have his appendix out yet. I think it'd be helpful. Thanks!
