i am a 27 year old male who has hypertension controlled by medication, lately i have been having severe headaches associated with throbbing eye pain as if my eye is going to ecplode and the pain spreads to my forehead and temple, it has been getting worse and have noticed i am now having severe mood swings. it is worse when i bend over and i get dizzy very easily, my gp is at a loss as to how to help me so any advice would be appreciated asap, thank you.
