So I've been having pain in the lower abdomen and pelivic area for a month now but it went away a week before my period but after this last period it started back up again just today and my period was last week just ended todayish cause I was still bleeding after starting taking my pill sunday and I hadn't missed a day or anything but when the pain first started it felt like being hit by a baseball bat and or some hitting me with their fist as hard as the could but my period before the pain started it was weird as well as the one in may (when the pain started) and this one was light but it was heavy enough to know I was bleeding but it was really red blood it wasn't pink at all til kinda at the end but it never looked like brownish period blood that I've been use too.. And I've have been dizziness ad lightheadness and I've had like a middle fever that comes and goes and I think I have a new symptom of insomnia idk what all this could be but it has me really freaked out so has anyone had something like this? Oh I've also had an ultrasound and nothing showed on it so I don't know what to do at all help I don't know what's wrong would love to know what you think or have had a similar problem and have been to the doc so yeah let me know cause I go to the doctor again thrusday but this time to a gyn so yeah hopefully he'll know something
