My gas problems are getting so bad that I am seriously considering going to a doctor. Having extremely flatulence is something that can disturb one's life in unexpected ways. I don't want to go into detail, but I am sure that you understand I would rather be free of gas. Herbs are perhaps a possibility, and one that I would certainly want to consider, if feasible. What do you all think?

I have no idea about herbs for gas relief, but I do imagine that your diet plays a big part in how much gas you experience. Have you ever noticed any specific patterns? Do you have more gas after eating certain foods? Perhaps you could minimize gas by putting together a diet that suits your needs, together with an experienced nutritionist.
