Terrible migraines have been part of my life for a long time now. When the migraines get very bad, I do turn to my family doctor for medication. But I would much prefer herbs for migraine relief. What can I do to make the migraines get better with herbs? Any ideas are appreciated.

It is a well established fact that food choices play a large part in migraines. The biggest favour that you can probably do yourself is to research if there is any correlation between foods and your migraines, and then cut out the offending foods. Some of the more common ones are sugar and caffeine.
