HYY ALL; I am irfan khan i am 21 years old .i was having the same problem of masterbuting atleast 3 times a day from the age of 15 years because of which i became so week that i was feeling tired to work and at the last i became so weak that i cant even stand properly.i discussed this prblm with one of my freind who was having much islamic knowledge...and finally i left masterbuting.and finally i regain all if my lost energy. Note: 1 - if u are having night fall it is better then masterbuting . 2- one drop of white blood equals to seventy drops of red blood imaagine how much energy u r loosing in ur one attempt of masterbution. here are the tips how can u stop masterbuting and regain your lost energy ... 1 - start reading holy book like quran ;bible ;bhagvatgeeta and etc 2 - pray ( like namaaz ;pooja;going to church etc. 3- start taking having food like meat ;chicken ;chinese ( the best way of recovering lost energy in short time is eating soup of goat .i;e (paya soup ) in morning without washing your mouth .if you do this for seven days u will definately recover all ur lost energy in masterbution 4 .- start eating AJWA khajoor atleast 4 pieces in morning. 5 start doing normal exercise for atleast 10 minutes at ur home like . 6- stop watching porn movies or seeing the girls in such way that u r willing to have a sex or love with her. 7- be patient and always keep calm. 8 - take a medicine called (jigreen) from hamdard medical store which is very useful for ur heart .its an ayurvedic medicine which do not have any side effect and it is of just rs 70 .( this medicine decreases the willingness of masterbuting) 9- the most important way of controlling masterbution is to stop thinking about sex or f*****g girls or any type of sex commitment. 10.engage yourself in some or .other activities like doing job;business;or if u cant do any job or business thrn engage yourself in sports like footbakl or cricket or any sports u r interested in .dont watch movies with are having any kind of sex like rape dcene kissing scene or listening any kind of music which directs ur mind towards sex however if u can contrl ur self after watching or listening such movies or music thdn it is well and good. hope for the solution. if u people have any question or u need any suggesttions then u can alai contact me
