so i had with my fiance a week ago and we've been trying for almost a year already and still no luck.i have had false pregnancies before and i wanna know how long should i wait to take a pregnancy test? PLEASE HELP

I would wait until you miss your period, or a month after you had sex. There would be enough of the HCG for a home pregnancy test to pick up, or for a doctors blood test to pick up.

You need to wait at least 2 weeks, preferably 3 before the tests become reliable. When you do test, use ONLY your very first morning urine for best accuracy. False negatives are common testing early.
If it has been a year of trying without success, both of you should see a fertility specialist.
