My name is Michelle and I need advice on tips to lose weight while taking the following medications:

 

Wellbutrin XL 300mg, Abilify 2 mg, Lamictal 400mg, Lexapro 40mg, ativan as prn.

 

I'm also 50 years old and just started menopause, I used to be a size 7 now a 14.
