You'll "just know" when you have an orgasm! There is nothing else you can mistake it for, it's pretty intense. It's hard to describe but it kind of has a build up... kind of like the build up you have before you have a really big sneeze (but it feels better!)... and then a release of muscle contractions that feels amazing. Your pulse will race, you'll likely become read, squirm around, possibly make noise, and some girls get a lot wetter when having an orgasm (although, they typically dont 'squirt' out fluid like guys do.)
