OK, I recently went on oral BC and I am on antibiotics for a throat infection. I know both of those things can up the chances of getting a Yeast Infection. I've never had one before although my sympotoms seem to match up with that and no other diseases. But my question is how does this affect men? My husband and I had sex on Saturday. He is not circumsized so he has a lot of extra skin on his penis. After sex the skin in said area seemed very irritated, looking almost torn up and cracked. He put a tissue to it and it was bleeding a little like when your hands become so dry that the skin cracks and bleeds. It looks like that actually and is very painful to him. We never had this problem before. I had him put some sensitive skin Gold Bond Medicated Lotion on it being careful to keep it on the outside of his body. He said that seems to have helped the pain and lack of moisture in the skin. Could my out of balance pH or a yeast infection be effecting him in this way?
