You won't be able to ejaculate until your body starts to produce semen. That comes at different ages. There is no one right age. Everyone is different.

I think you need to work on the orgasm part but the ejaculation will happen in it's own time. I began masturbating at 10 and getting orgasms. I mean the orgasm is the whole point isn't it? Why would we do it if we didn't get that great feeling?

I didn't begin to get any liquid coming out until I was nearly 15. The dry years were sort of better because I could play pocket pool for entertainment during history class with no tell tale wet spots on my pants.
