hey guys,

i am an Army ROTC cadet and am trying to contract by this summer. for the Army physical fitness test, one of the events includes a 2 mile run in under 15:55, which i cant pass for the life of me. the fastest i have ran it in was 17:07.

anyways, i just started running the 2 mile course on my own, 3 days a week. i was wondering how long you think it will take me to get my run down to 15:55 if i continue to run 3x per week. i have about 2 months until i have to pass the test.
