I ran my first marathon (twin cities) in early October... beat my goal time of 3:10, but I haven't had a good run since. I trained for 5 months prior to the race (Hal's Advanced 1) and had no issues. I tried to be patient after the race... nearly 3 wks running 1-2x per week and just running 3x per week as of last week and I'm starting to get super frustrated. I feel like I wrecked myself and I'm super psyched for Boston in April... any ideas are appreciated.
Symptoms:
Burning in my right shin (almost like I was doing reps with a weight hanging from my toe); pain behind my right knee; pain in right hamstring. Left hamstring isn't great either, but not so bad.
