I'm a 16 year old tennis player who is also a top cross country runner but generally prefer tennis over running (sorry guys just who I am). My main purpose for running cross country is to get better foot speed for tennis but I was wondering if there is a program I should be using to help increase foot speed on short distances such as running around a tennis court. For program purposed im 5'8" 130 pounds and have enough endurance to take on any program. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. ^^
