Do you know if they had to cut you during the delivery or if your vagina might have torn?
My wife had to go back to her doctor a short time after the delivery to have her vagina sewed up because they had to cut her to keep it from tearing during the delivery. This was before we had resumed having sex so I have no idea if she was loose or how loose she might have been. When we finally resumed, I think I felt she was tighter than before, but that was 45 years ago so I may be wrong about that.
I don't know what you can do about the boobs if they are sagging unless you can have surgery to tighten the support. I don't think there is anything you can do without surgery that is effective.

calm down its not going to effect you for the rest of your life ,your boobs are not tight because when your during your nine months you will start producing milk for the child until hes or she is about 3-4 years old if its still like that try doing some work on the torso see if that helps if not contact a doctor ,your vagina may be loose if ripped during labour or they had to cut your vagina a bit so the baby can come out so this problem i dont know about alot since im a man but contact doctor anyway , and why are you upset about loose boobs guys love that and the looser they are the bigger they are.
