penis is sensitive to touch...when ever i touch the glans it turns really red n if i leave it n sit without touching the penis the redness goes away....what is it ..? already been to doctors and they gave all sorts of creams but still no change...please help...!!

Are you uncircumcised? I'd guess you are.
Some of the sensitivity is due to your foreskin protecting the glans. The nerves have been protected all your life. The glans needs to be exposed. Let it stay out and let it contact your clothing. Once it hardens up some and dries out it will be less sensitive.

Contact dermatitis maybe? Something on your hands is irritating the skin. Could be coming from your clothes. Have you changed soaps, body wash, or detergents lately?

No i dont think so...everythng is pretty much the same...though when the penis is fully erect...the bright redness seems to go away and it looks pretty much normal but again if you touch it the same thning happns...cannot figure out whats the problem...doctors gave creams but none of it worked...im too tnsed..!
