I am scared that I have a brain tumor

Hi everyone, I feel as though I am going crazy!! Last Wednesday out of the blue I started to get head rushes. Shortly after that I started to get facial twitches along with the head rushes. I haven't felt right since last week. I have been to the er twice because these twitches keep me awake at night. Both docs didnt do much for testing except for a blood test told me that it is probably just nerves and that they are certain that I don't have a brain tumor. I feel as though something is wrong!!! I can't get intoy family doc til next Thursday. I have read articles on the net bout brain tumor a and head rushes and twitches can indicate brai tumor on the brain stem. Any advice to at Least calm me down would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you
