Hi, I'm clearly 18 years old, and about a week ago I made out with my best friend, we laid in bed, and made out passionately, yet after getting turned on i gave him a hand-job and he came along my leg, even though I had my underwear on I don't remember feeling it around that area... just 3 days later I got my menstrual cycle, and it was not very heavy like I usually am, and I took a birth control pill (first time) and I been feeling nauseated every morning exactly at 8:30 am even at work I do, and I ly down when I try to eat something I feel like I want to vomit, yet i force myself too cuz the pain is overwhelming dramatically, and just today after I threw-up my stomach literally ached when I coughed, all around my waist ached very badly it still does and i don't know what to do.. I been having back pains and bawling tears of the pain. Could I be pregnant? Like an unexpected way and I hate to tell my parents since I wasn't really sure what to say and I can't go to a pharmacist to get a pregnancy test.... Yet I'm terrified and want reasons to know what to do. I still have my period at a light flow...could that be effective from my pill I'm currently taking, or am I just stressing out and tricking my mind that I'm pregnant?

Your description of your encounter tells me that you are not pregnant, unless the sperm jumped over your leg, just kidding. Anyway, you also mention that you are a new birth control pill user, that probably is your problem right there. Many, many times when a women start's the pill, the script that the doctor gave may not agree with her system. You need to talk to your doctor and tell him how badly you feel. The new hormone being introduced into your body is not agreeing with you, it may be to strong a dose. Nausea and vomitting is a sign that that particular brand is to to much for you. Sometimes a women has to go thru 2 or 3 brands before she finnds the one that works the best for her.

You are positive that you have not intercourse before this happened? If you continue to have the back pain, you may want to see your doctor anyway, this could be a kidney infection of sorts. Are you running a temp at all?
