i last had sex a week ago. the next day i started feeling twitching pain in my lower abdomen and later on it went away but lately my breasts hurt and i m nauseous and feel slightly dizzy sometimes. I feel like vomiting even when i haven't eaten. Also i spotted on Sunday and that was it.. My period time has passed. Please can you tell me what you might think is wrong with me
