Could I be pregant??? Or all in my head???

My guy and I were fooling around and he tried going in (no condom) but it hurt so bad (it was my first time) that he only got the tip inside. He quickly pulled out and came on my thigh. I've been really scared ever since of being pregnant. This happened approximately 4 days before I ovulated and when I did ovulate I had the stretchy discharge. Ever since then I've had discharge not alot though a Normal amount I would say. None of the discharge has had color it's all just creamy white. I've had light cramping and I've been having bowel movements more than usual. I don't know if that's a sign because in the past I've had stomach pains since I eat alot of spicy foods my stomach gets irritated. I haven't had sore breasts and I'm not really tired or fatigued. Lately I've also had pain on the back of my head but no back pain. Could I be so paranoid of being pregnant that my body is tricking it's self and making up all these symptoms? I'm so scared that if I'm not really pregnant that my period will be late and I'll freak out thinking I'm really pregnant but it's really all due to Stress! My period isnt supposed to come until this friday but waiting is the hardest thing! I'm 18 about to start college next year my parents would be so Disappointed and telling them would be so hard. It just adds on to all the stress I'm going through. Could I really be pregnant or is it all in my head?
