Few years back my cousin pulled my left hand from behind with extreme force . I feel like my shoulders are not correctly calibrated still now. I cant ride my vehicle , cant sit on table for long times. wenever i try to do so , it starts to pain in nerve that goes from neck to left side shoulder .
Also i have this on going buzzin sound in my ears frm last 3weeks , i think its becos some nerve is gettin pressed .

Please correct if i am wrong and help me.
