im confused ,i got no fallopian tubes but still got my ovaries and have regular periods each month im just woundering how does the egg get into womb without the tubes being there and is there any chance i could still concieve sorry if i sound stupid .

It is unlikely that you can get pregnant naturally. If you use IVF, in-vitro fertilization, then there is a possibility.

Your ovaries are still releasing eggs but they are not making it to the uterus. You still have periods because your uterus is getting ready for a fertilized egg, as it always has. You just don't have the connection for that to happen.

So, if you go IVF, they'll harvest an egg, fertilize it, and then implant it into your uterus.
