So...I was getting rubbed on my clit and fingered and I had to stop him because it started to really hurt I got home and saw on side is really swollen Idk what to do or what it is? Will it go away? Do I need to go see a doctor I was going to wait a couple of days to go see one....but should it go away?

With it being rough them that is all most certainly the reason why your vulva is sore and swollen your vagina may have been wet but your clitoris probably wasn't lubricated enough.
The clitoris is only small but it's one of the most sensitive parts of the female body and any rough handling if not lubricated enough will cause trauma to the area.
You can try talking warm baths and also using ice packs on it to help take the swelling down.
It will return to normal in time you just need to be patient. :-)
