I got some medicines, but dr didn't know that I'm pregnant

i need a help, i just find out that am pregnant, But after one week i was sick so when i went to hospital the doctor gave me some medicine which are ( flagly, ampiclox, aspirin, and diclopa) but all that time i didnt know that i am pregnant,

So after knowing that am pregnant i decided to tell my friend and he told me that the medicine i used that i mention above are dangerous for the health of my unborn baby, most especially flagly and those antibiotic, after he told me that i was so sad and heart broken,

So please is anybody here ready to help me what to do, and this is my first time to be pregnant
