I had a subingunial varicocelectomy and hydrocecelectomy done 4 months ago and wanted to start a forum for people who've had a similar or exact same procedure as me. My surgery went well, I had both sides operated on by the left side hasn't descended all the way as far as my right side. My left side had the grade 3 varicocele and the right side had a very small one. The hydrocele was on the left side just to mention. I've had two post ops and my surgeon said everything looks and feels normal and that it could take up to 6 months for the ligated veins to be absorbed into the bloodstream and the new healthy veins to take over. So I wanted to see the symptoms of people who've gone through this same procedure and see if the slow descending testicle and stiffness still at 4 months is normal. I just want the stiffness to go away so that maybe my testicles will hang at the same level and won't look so un-proportioned. Please feel free to express your post op results and feel welcome to ask me any questions as I learned a lot about this procedure but it is always impossible to know everything about everything.

How's the healing going now? Its great that you offer to tell other men how this surgery is and the outcomes. Does the surgery change your sexual function, orgasms, and sensations? Any problems with the scar tissues inside your scrotum and your testicle mobility in heat, cold, and sex? Did you get your semen and testosterone levels checked before and after this surgery to compare them? I hope it all went good for you and turned out OK.
