I was diagnosed with grade-3 varicocele and had bilateral microsurgery varicocelectomy on may 19th. so, now i have completed 2 weeks after the surgery. i'm still experiencing pain/discomfort in the left testis. it's still quite bigger than the right one. the left is still sagging also a lot. also if the left one brushes past any surface e.g. when i ride the motorbike or when i'm sittin on chair, the discomfort increases. so the situation is almost similar to what it was before surgery. right one had small varicocele and very little pain/discomfort before surgery but nevertheless it was operated too. right one seems okay now post-surgery. i'm wearing tight-fitting underwears and had some cloth also inserted in for extra cushioning. i'm planning to visit the urologist again after completing 3 weeks. however, any advice would be great?
thanks, ap

I ended up needing another procedure after my varicocelectomy failed. It isso annoying when the varicocele reoccurs. I had a varicocele embolization and that cured the problem in the end. Good luck!
