Hi guys. I m 22 year old male who has constant headache for more than 1 month. I have tried tons of medicine you can think of which was suggested by doctor as well as otc medicine but nothing helps. Guys i am so desperate and really need help. To make matter worse i have been taking methadone for more than 4 years, my headache problem started when a year ago all of a sudden my body stopped absorbing methadone for some strange reason , it was very strange because i was feeling smooth as anyone and suddenly i was in bad withdrew after that i had to increase my methadone but this headache started coming and going . When i had a headache one paracetamol used to work for me but now cocktail of medicine won't event touch me. To make matter even worse taking opiate painkiller make extremely tricky. now i have a opiate withdrawal and headache for months and for both problems nothing helps. I am extremely worried that its a tumor or something serious in which case the withdrawal does not help cause i have a full blown panic attack every 5 min with all the withdrawal symptoms. I am in a man worst nightmare. Been to all doctor , always come out as unknown. Guys doctor has put me for ct but i am so desperate that i am paying for my own mri scan. Guys my doctor got no answer but i want your help or just a suggestion would be a great relief. Thank you guys
