I had a little bump on the outer lip of my vagina and i thought it would go away over night. This morning i took a shower , cleansing my whole body, to find out it was a medium sized bump that was swollen and looked like it was going to explode. I popped it , then just blood came out and the swelling went away, just alot of blood from this one pimple or whatever , i just got off my period yesterday , please help.. was it an ingrown hair ?

It was just a localized infection such as a hair follicle or pimple. You've popped it so there is nothing to do now other than keep it clean and perhaps put some triple antibiotic ointment on it. It should clear in a few days.
