There are looks like stretched pores, some have hairs and some don't. My main issue I'm having right now is one of the holes have a bump inside(hair maybe?) hurts only a little when I touch 2/10 for pain. If I squeeze it hurts more and different color pus comes out. Clear, white, and some mixed with a little blood. I am 32 and I've only had sex with one woman and that woman has only had sexual intercourse with me. What could this be?

Is this in a hair follicle at the base of the penis? It could be something almost like a pimple. You could try an antibacterial ointment like bacitracin but if it spreads or doesn't improve or continues to have pus you should have it checked out.

Yes it is at the base and seems to be in where a hair would be. Kinda seems like ingrown hair but I’ve never had one on my genitals. I have shaved before and got razor bumps but it’s not like that. I’ll give that a try, thank you!

Sorry I forgot to sign in on that reply but I also was wondering for that ointment, it is a hole where the slight pain is. I’m guess the hole is from stretching of the skin so it pulled the pore but I’m unsure. Anyways is it safe to put that on the hole?

It is an antibiotic ointment used for cuts and scrapes so should be OK for breaks in the skin. Wash the area first. There could be an ingrown hair, more common in areas that have been shaved. Try the ointment for a few days and if no improvement or if it looks worse have it checked, maybe a dermatologist
