Hi I had an accident about a year and a half ago i was getting a ball from over the other side of a fence, when i climbed under i went to get up but my left knee was in an bad position as i got up my knee was pulled out of the joint slightly, when i twisted back i heard a loud click and ever since if i got to bend my leg straight down to my foot but i can't because it feel's as if it is being pulled out of the joint. Is there anything i can do about it. Is there something wrong?
