Hi there 

i trust that you are well 

I have a problem with saying/ utter out words in both languages English and Zulu and i have noticed my speech is not the same . especially long words i have to say them in peaces or slowly because i really struggle . This feels a bit embarrassing at times i was talking to my boss and there was one colleague , I couldn't say participation  ,

First, it's important to understand why you are having difficulty saying out words. Are you anxious or embarrassed to speak in public, or do you have a physical issue that is preventing you from speaking clearly? Once you understand the root of the problem, you can begin to address it.

If it is an anxiety issue, consider talking to a therapist or counselor who can help you work through it. You can also practice speaking in front of a mirror, joining a local Toastmasters group (or similar), and reading out loud to help you become more comfortable with speaking.

If it is a physical issue, such as a speech impediment, you may benefit from working with a speech therapist. A speech therapist can help you practice and develop your speaking skills so that you can speak more clearly and confidently.
