Hello, my problem is that I have a some sort of flesh coming out of my vagina , the thing is I had it for so long since I was a kid and now I'm 18 and idk what to do , I did ask someone about it and he said you need a surgery to remove it and it's not important, and I don't know if I should do something like that I'm worried, it doesn't hurt what so ever and it's like a small flesh and it looks like a small line or something, does it matter if I don't do anything about it and leave it ? Or should I do the operation like he said?
