Flesh coloured, pea sized bump near vagina and anus

I have this flesh coloured, pea sized bump near vagina and anus to the left. I've had it for about a month now. It is sometimes hard to touch and sometimes not as hard and it seems to change sizes too. When I squeeze it normally nothing comes out, but yesterday a liquid mixed with some blood came out a bit, as well as some clear liquid (these liquids were like those that you get when you try to squeeze a pimple that is not ready to be popped, or the liquid that comes out after popping a pimple). I don't feel any pain but sometimes the are down there feels a little itchy.. Like where the bump is and near my pubic hair .. I used to have something similar which was cleared up by antibiotics but this time antibiotics didn't help. So I went to the dermatologist and barely looking at it she said it was a genital wart (she viewed it like 30 cm away from me from the behind) She freaked out and said I had to get rid of it ASAP. So I went to the gynecologist and got it checked and after looking and touching the bump and the surrounding area, he said it doesn't seem like a vaginal wart and its too small to remove by laser treatment anyway. He prescribed a cream for genital warts just in case, which doesn't seem to work. (Btw I have never had any forms of sex before) Can anyone help me with this? I am scared, and I try not to use the stationary bike when I exercise because it could put pressure on the bump.. Could it be because my blood circulation isn't the best? Please help me :(
