I have a swollen bump near my vaginal area creating extreme pain when walking or sitting down what i

I've had this issue since maybe Thursday, and it's been getting worse almost everyday. It's making it hard for my to wash, walk, sit down, anything. I don't know what it is, I am still a virgin, so I know it cannot be a sexually transmitted disease of any sort. I don't want to tell my grandmother at all, I mean she wouldn't understand. I'm thinking about going to my Dr. but he's a he. It's like a bump or a blister something like that. Please help me! Thanks!
