well, since this was posted over 3 years ago, i suppose whoever wrote this has long forgotten. even if you think you have the cleanest skin possible, you can still experience forms of acne. maybe the soap you use irritated a pore, or maybe god just wanted you to have a zit on your pole. either way, i wouldnt worry too much about it, it probably went away by itself.
