I have had little black heads that appear on the very edge of my lips from time to time and if I dont squeeze them they just stay there well I developed one and I squeezed it as normal well it went away but about a week later I noticed the lower down on my lip a small lump well just recently it got bigger and as I sometimes have to do on another part of my body for cyst like zits I had to pierce it to drain anything that was inside it.. well thats just it I got something out but its still there, there almost feels like there is 2 of them one right by another and I pierced it this morning and got lots of yellow/clear puss from it but why on my lip has naybody else had this know what it could be I dont normally get acne on my face I get it on my butt! so where did this come from and does anybody know what it could be?

Same exact thing happened to me, except I was picking at my blackhead, and within a day it became infected and started looking like a crazy zit type thing. People thought it was was a cold sore, but it WASN'T.
Mine was like a cyst too, and leaked fluid.
