Basically just before I was about to masterbate tonight I noticed a lump on my penis, I immiadiltly swallowed and got worried, I turned on the light and realised it was a zit/spot, I could see the puss and the first thing I thought to do was attempt to get the puss out, so softly I pushed the spot together and used my nail to just break the skin, immiadiatly some puss came out and I repeated twice and got more puss out, on the 3rd time a tiny weenie bit of blood came out, but I thought that was natural as i was squeezing quite hard.
I can now see no puss but it's just very red, my question being;
Is this normal? has anyone experienced this before and am I going to be ok?
Basically...will the spot go away and my penis will go back to normal?

Don't be too worried. It just sounds like a regular pimple.

Try to keep the area clean and dry. You can use a tiny dab of benzoyl peroxide if you want to kill the P. Acnes bacteria and help it heal faster.
