I guess that it is due to my bad digestion. My problem is flatulence, an embarrassing problem. I do not know how I accumulate that amount of intestinal gas. I am always concerned not to release it accidentally. Any advice?

I had same embarrassing problem. Flatulence decreased significantly when I reduced carbohydrates intake. I read that in an article in medical magazine. Probiotics that are contained in yoghurt and kefir reduce flatulence. Also medical charcoal tablets that can be bought in every pharmacy are effective antiflatulence agent. I always have a package in my purse. One tablet taken before meal that causes flatulence and bad odour reduces both of them.

I have been suffering with IBS for a number of years with having abdominal pain in my left side around lower back and left rib cage mainly. I also get quite offensive gas from having to deal with this which is very embarrassing. I have tried many herbal remedies and been to the doctors so many times I just forget how many it is now! I had a similar problem with embarrassing smelling gas. I tried all sorts of products, but found none to address the odor. I stumbled across a product called Devrom while online and it turns out that it is also available in some pharmacies. I read that it's FDA approved and no prescript required. Anyway, I tried it and with great shock and happiness can report that this stuff works and it works great! Wouldn't use anything else.

I have to agree with the above comment. Devrom has worked excellently for my flatulence problem. My pharmacist suggested it when I told her about my frustration. No prescription and it worked for me within 7-8 hours of taking it! So I just use it when I know I REALLY need it...if you know what I mean! I guess it's considered an internal deodorant by the FDA and has been around a while. Nevertheless, I'm blown away by how great it worked for me!

I was reading the above reports on people with gas problems and have to tell you of what appears to be a pending absolution everyone should check into with this problem. It was I think the first invention on a web site with a url of . I'm not sure if they sell the product there or not but it's worth checking into.

I recently had the same problem.. It was driving me insane.. I had to hide at home and not be in public as I couldn't spend 10mins without passing foul smelling wind.. After reading lots on the internet I discovered that I have a spasm in my colon caused by stress.. Being an aromatherapist I immediately pulled out a bottle of peppermint and cumin essential oils from my cupboard. I put two drops of peppermint and one cumin on a small lump of sugar in a teaspoon, let it dissolve in my mouth and ate it. Within an hour I felt as if something activated in my stomach and my intestine spasm loosened out. I finally got a bowel movement and cleared myself out. Peppermint and Cumin are excellent anti-spasmodics and aid in stimulating the digestion to work better. They assist your body in producing its own natural bile and enzymes much needed in digestion.
I really urge anyone who has digestive problems to try it and to read more about the properties of the oils. Be very careful not to put more than 1 - 2 drops as essential oils are very concentrate and work on the smallest dose.

The most embarrassing of mankind's problem also has the most simple solution. The gas is caused by bacteria and we all know how small the bacteria are. The moment we are able to control the bacteria in our body, we have found a solution to our problem. Contrary to the view of most specialists, antibiotics kill bacteria when we actually need is to control our bacteria.
