i have an embarrassing problem, i understand loads of women have it. my inner lips stick out of my vagina bad enough for me to be really insecure, its effecting my sex life, ive been single for over two years now because of my ex boyfriend bringing up the size of them im scared what the next lad will say, im 22 years old and just want to live a healthy sex life like i should. im too scared to start a relationship off cuz im scared they will run a mile. does anyone know how much the operation cost?? i would love too hear some advice. thank u x x x

Why do you think that this is embarrassing problem? Like you have said a lot of woman suffer from the exactly the same thing and they are much older than you are. So if my aunt who is 44 years old can live with that and have normal and healthy sexual life so can you. And your ex boyfriend had sex with you all the time but in the end he was evil, have you thought about that?
So first you need to forget about your insecurity and go out there and try to find a nice guy. Anyway you are not going to have the sex with him the first night you meet him. And after you get to know each other it is going to be much easier to be relaxed in his company and everything else will come spontaneously. If he is interested in you and your body he will not pay attention to your inner lips and the size of them. He will be trying to make you happy or better to say to make you both of you happy.
You are never going to be younger, and you need to enjoy your life ti it's full potential.
