What Should I Do With My Unibrow?
A unibrow or a monobrow mainly refers to the hair between the two eyebrows. Since there is so much hair between the two eyebrows, it appears as if the person has a long single brow that spans the entire forehead. There is basically nothing wrong with a unibrow, that is, if you can change your attitude towards it. Some cultures actually view it as a sign of attractiveness in both men and women. Of course, your opinion may differ. You may find it ugly and you may want two brows rather than a single one. So, what do you do? Just get rid of the hair between the two eyebrows. You can use the usual hair removing treatments for this. This includes tweezing, threading, and waxing. If you can afford it, go for electrolysis since it may offer relief for a longer period of time than the other methods.

I'm 20ish And I Have Grays. Why?
It has become quite common to see gray hair on the heads of people as young as 20. There are many people who blame stress levels for the same thing. While stress may contribute in an indirect way, it does not usually cause your hair to gray prematurely. Heredity is one of the major factors for premature graying of hair. So, blame it on your parents! Smoking is believed to be one of the factors that may lead to graying at the age of 20. A vitamin B12 deficiency may contribute to graying. Our body needs B12 to manufacture red blood cells and lack of this nutrient may lead to pernicious anemia. A thyroid imbalance could also be the cause of this issue. So, what should you do? Well, there is not much that you can do to stop your hair from turning gray. The only alternative is to use hair color to cover your grays. Choose the product that you like and apply it on your gray hair. Just make sure to provide proper nutrition to your hair, both from outside as well as through your diet.

Can I Remove Skin Tags Myself?
Skin tags are small growths of soft skin and they usually appear on the neck, upper chest, eyelids and skin folds. These are supposed to occur due to skin rubbing against skin. This is why you will notice them most often in the folds of your skin. You can remove the skin tags yourself using certain over-the-counter medications. These usually work by freezing the skin tag and it will fall off on its own within a week or so. You can also numb these with ice and then remove it with scissors or nail clippers. However, home surgery is best avoided since it may cause bleeding and cause infection. If you do want the skin tag surgically removed, visit a physician who will remove it using ligation, cryotherapy, and electrical cauterization or remove it using a scalpel.

Why Do I Have Smelly Feet And What Should I Do About It?
Sweaty feet constantly inside the same shoes are one of the major causes of smelly feet. The best thing to do is avoid wearing the same shoes two days in a row. Wash and dry your feet daily and thoroughly. Change your socks daily and use cotton socks. Use an antiperspirant on your feet. You could consider using medicated insoles as well. Dabbing a little bit of surgical spirit or usual talcum powder between the toes just after a shower and before you put on your shoes may prevent excessive sweating and smelly feet. Try wearing open-toes sandals or walk barefoot in the house, especially in the summers. If you already have foot odor, use an antibacterial soap to wash your feet. It will surely make your feet odor free.
