Clearly, you are having hormonal problems and you need to see a doctor about not having a period for 5 months. You should talk to your doctor about anti-anxiety and anti-depression medication and perhaps a B12 shot/iron pills to remove fatigue. You can try OTC progesterone to see if that helps level out your hornonal imbalance if you can't go to the doctor now. You can take phytoestrogens as well. All of these hormones can be gotten in supplemental form at a vitamin shop near you. If you are 5"1' and weight 199 pounds you are seriously over weight. Your weight should be around 115 pounds to 130 pounds depending on your frame. Losing weight would be recommended at this time. You might consider an Atkins diet (low carb) to get you started for the first two weeks. It is possible to lose 15 pounds in just two weeks.
