as you read at the top, im 13,i eat healthy, i sleep enough, i am doing sports almost 5 days a week or more, and im eating from the range of 1200-1300 calorise a day. i used to eat less then that last year when i started trying to lose weight and did less sports but now im picking it up with the sport and apparently the calories o.O i hate it!! >;) i need some help! Oh i almost for got im about 5 5" and a half and weight 130 on a GOOD day. :-(

130 isn't actually too bad for weight. You may ask your primary care physician about this, you may have hypothyroidism, which is easily treated with medication. You dont want to lose too much weight though, unless you want to end up like me. Im 5 8" and weigh only 93 pounds and I have no clue whats wrong so hang in there
