Hello, Ive recently started a diet, where basically Im just counting calories, and adding 30 minutes of exercise a day. (Ialready played tennis 2-3 times a week, but now I'm indoor biking on the days I dont go out on the court.) Well Ive done research and it says to just shoot for 1-2 pounds a week. I'm only on day 3, but Ive already droped 6 pounds. Is this ok? I didnt want to crash diet or anything. I took in about 2300 calories each day. Thanks....

I have been taking zoloft and am decreasing my dose to 25mg. I have gained about 10 pounds while taking it . I was wondering if anyone knew if you can loose weight from the Atkins diet while on zoloft. So far the zoloft comments have been pretty glim as far as loosing weight. If you know, please respond. I would love to hear your experience.
