Hi, I'm almost 13 years old, and I recently started masturbating. I have never actually ejaculated when I masturbated, because I'm scared because I never have done it before. I have probably done this around 20 times. Is this bad or unhealthy? After I finish, I feel really bad... like guilt, or shame. A sticky fluid usually leaks out onto my underwear, or after I pee. I don't about any of this, and I'm really scared. Can someone please help me?

Lots of people feel scared or guilty after masturbating. It is a normal and healthy activity however. Odds are many of your friends do it.
You aren't hurting anything by what you're doing. You're seeing either precum or semen from when you are masturbating. You might be having "wet dreams" or nocturnal emissions.
There is nothing to be scared about when you ejaculate. It may feel "weird" especially the first few times but usually it is a very enjoyable and relaxing experience.
Just do it someplace where you can relax and have something to clean yourself up with afterwards.
