I have the 5 year iud

Hello im 18 years old with a baby boy who will be 2. I have the 5 year iud which was placed in May 2011. but i think i might be pregnant?

i get pains in my leg as if something is on a nerve(i had the same thing with my son), i feel butterfly flutters, sometimes like a wave in my belly, mostly by my rib cage, and i have a discharge every now and then thats like a cloudy color, im very fatigued, eat more then usual, and when me and my partner are having sex i sometimes bleed and most of the time hurts.

i recently went to the doctors for what i thought was a urine infection and they took a urine and blood test, which both came back negative. i dont know what else it could be. i havent went to the doctor who placed it in because they always reschedule, and i dont know if ill know how to check for it by myself.. HELP!
